TRIDENTHOMES Building Communities Fund

For the 2018 Season, Trident Homes has generously continued to support the "Building Communities Fund" which can be used to financially assist players in the Hornby Netball Club, when they or their family are under financial stress and in genuine need of help with player subscriptions and or netball shoes for the coming season.

APPLYING FOR ASSISTANCE
Individuals / families can nominate themselves for this assistance.  Alternatively, if you know of an individual or family that is struggling, you are welcome to nominate them for assistance.  Completed application form should be submitted directly to the Hornby Netball Club (all applications will remain confidential).
Upon receipt, an application will be reviewed at the next committee meeting of the Hornby Netball Club.  Committee meetings are scheduled on the third Monday of each calendar month.  Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by the Friday immediately following the scheduled meeting.

ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE
In cases where genuine need is established, the Trident Homes – Building Communities Fund can be used for the following purposes:
  • To assistant with HNC Annual Subscriptions for 2017
  • To assist in purchasing suitable footwear for training and playing netball
Assistance may be granted fully or partially, bearing in mind that once the Fund is exhausted, it will not be available to help other individuals/ families in genuine need this season.  Should an application for assistance with annual subscriptions be declined, the Hornby Netball Club will endeavor to offer alternative options (i.e. payment plans).  We would like to help where we are able to for all families in need.
Please download the PDF form below, fill out and return to the Club and we will be in touch real soon with the outcome of your application.
